Organizational Planning

I work with organizations to assist with the development of effective and efficient practices for day-to-day operations.

Virtual Coaching

Using an online platform and group format, I teach the Octopus Method ©️ to provide strategies to assist individuals with achieving goals and reaching new heights. Feedback, encouragement, and accountability measures are embedded throughout the entire process.

Seminars/Workshops/ Keynote Presentations/Facilitation

Due to the breadth of my professional experiences, I facilitate and conduct live and virtual seminars, workshops, discussions, and townhalls on a multitude of topics, including the implementation of the Octopus Method ©️, leadership development, disproportionalities in gifted and special education, dual exceptionalities, cultural responsiveness, and community/stakeholder involvement. I also provide keynote presentations on the same topics.

One-on-One Coaching

Using face-to-face, hybrid, or online platform methods, I privately coach individuals using the Octopus Method ©️. Individuals will be provided with strategies to assist them with achieving goals and reaching new heights. Feedback, encouragement, and accountability measures are embedded throughout the entire process. Individuals will also have access to group coaching sessions.
